Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium pest control. Initial service. You reported mouse activity in the living area. I inspected and there was droppings behind the couch, a couple of old ones behind the stove, some in the storage room outside. I placed rodent traps and bait stations behind the couch in the storage room outside and a large one on the exterior by the air conditioner. I filled a entry point outside and one on the inside, going up the steps. I was unable to treat for insects today due to the inclement weather. I will schedule a follow up as soon as possible. I advised to call the office and get a two week follow up to check stations and traps. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement as a preventative for general pest. Then I placed 6 ant traps throughout the kitchen counter tops in areas ants was noticed to help eliminate them. Next I placed 6 MBS throughout the basement and garage and 1 RBS to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant issues were noticed during today's service around the exterior but I placed ant gel bait in all areas. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. We also spoke about the termite history of the home. It has been treated before and had termite activity. There is no termite activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. These will be checked every quarterly service for termite activity. I treated the back living area with a liquid residual at baseboard level. I also gel baited the corner by the area affected by the ants. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. If you have any ants at two weeks, please call the office for another service call. I inspected the exterior and interior for any visible sign of termite activity and found none at this time. I placed ant bait arenas and ant gel traps in the kitchen to help mitigate the ant population. I applied ant gel bait to cracks and crevices for ant control. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the interior of the home for general pest control, focusing on ants. I scattered granular bait around the exterior foundation for ant control. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation 1 foot up and 1 foot out, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control focusing on ants.
